Don’t rush.

I spent two weeks in Thailand with no agenda. It was amazing. Besides the impeccable tailoring, I noticed people walked. Walked – not ran. There was no running. I did not see one person run in two full weeks…not even for fitness, and certainly not for rushing. One of the many lessons I learned in Thailand is that relaxing does not have to be an event, but relaxing can be a lifestyle…even while we’re working. Let’s make decisions that help us to relax…in style.

The time to relax is when you don't have time for it. –Sydney J. Harris
