How do I return or exchange an item?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Traveling Closet, please email us within 14 days of purchase date to customerservice@travelingcloset.com with the reason for the return, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns require an RA number. We do not accept returns on swimwear, undergarments or jewelry. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all returned merchandise must be received by The Traveling Closet within 10 days of issuing an RA number. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached. Any item with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.

Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise, The Traveling Closet will issue a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card. Shipping charges are not refundable.

The Traveling Closet is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item for a refund, then place a new order online for an alternative product. Current promotion includes free ground shipping to addresses in the continental U.S.
