When will my shipment arrive?

We ship most orders to arrive in 5-7 business days free of charge to addresses within the 48 contingent United States. Should you place an order for an item that is no longer available, The Traveling Closet will notify you promptly.

The Traveling Closet does not currently ship to locations outside of the United States or to Post Office Boxes. A signature is required upon delivery of merchandise.

UPS will make several attempts to deliver your package. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction. You are responsible for shipping charges.

If you do not respond within the 14 day return period, your purchase will be refunded, and you will be assessed a $20 re-stocking fee.

If you choose to refuse your shipment from The Traveling Closet, your original shipping fees will not be refunded and a $20 re-stocking fee will be applied.
